Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Safety & Support Trainer to prepare clinical teams across California. You will train Behavior Interventionists and Direct Support Professionals on crisis prevention, safety procedures, and best practices, with remote delivery and occasional in-person sessions in CA locations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and ABA experience; travel, strong presentation and coaching skills; and ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA experience as a Behavior Interventionist or Direct Support Professional.
• Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout California.

• Deliver engaging live virtual safety and crisis prevention training.

Do you have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for coaching others? Join 360 Behavioral Health as a Safety & Support Trainer, where you\'ll play a key role in preparing our clinical teams to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

In this role, you\'ll train Behavior Interventionists and Direct Support Professionals on crisis prevention, safety procedures, and best practices that make a meaningful difference for our clients, families, and team members.

• Competitive pay:$23.00–$26.00/hour
• Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm Possibly 9:00am-6:00pm

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor\'s Degree required.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Behavior Interventionist and/or Direct Support Professional utilizing ABA.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and interventions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Comfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person training.
• Ability to travel throughout California as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when assisting clients.
• Ability to successfully complete LiveScan, TB screening, and employment verification.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain Crisis Intervention Trainer Certification.
