Job summary

Total Care ABA in Surprise, AZ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home and in-school settings. You’ll help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for professional growth accompany competitive hourly pay of $20–$28. Travel to client homes is required, with support and resources to advance your RBT career.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred
• Active BACB registration required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
