Action Behavior Centers in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities in a supportive, growth-focused clinic.

Formación

• Must have active RBT certification.
• High school diploma not required for qualification but required per role? (not stated)
