Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Beatrice, NE is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision.

You will collect real-time progress data, collaborate with families, and support skill acquisition while maintaining a safe, engaging environment during sessions. Applicants should have an active RBT or be eligible to obtain certification and a HS diploma; a BA/BS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for the child during sessions.
