Job summary

LifeSkill Behavioral in Humble, TX is seeking an RBT/BT to provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under supervision by a BCBA/QBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, support skill acquisition, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive clinic environment.

You will collect accurate data, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with families and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Interest in ABA and working with children with developmental needs.
• ABA experience or exposure is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow treatment protocols and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-on-one ABA services under supervision.
• Deliver therapy aligned with individualized treatment goals.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data and document sessions timely.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and confidential clinical environment.
• Communicate with BCBA/QBA and families as part of the treatment team.
• Participate in supervision, training, and professional development.
