Advanced Behavioral Dimensions, LLC is seeking dedicated RBTs to support BCBA-led plans for toddlers, children and teens in various settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, help implement behavior plans, and contribute to data collection and program materials.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with toddlers/children/teens and interest in disabilities.
• Valid RBT credential.
• Reliable transportation, driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Clear background checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activity.
• Outgoing, positive attitude.
• Able to receive constructive feedback.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Team player.
• Desire to build a career with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple activities with small children.
• Follow BSP written by supervising BCBA.
• Basic data collection and documentation skills.
• Flexible to work in home/school/community settings and varying schedules.
• Sound technical and computer skills and reliable internet access.
• Commitment to BACB ethical practice.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients 1:1.
• Implement Behavior Support Plan as directed by BCBA.
• Accept feedback and improve as directed.
• Prepare instructional materials.
• Complete clinical data collection and daily admin tasks accurately.
• Work as part of a team and collaborate with others.
• Participate in in-service training and staff meetings.
• Debrief caregiver(s) after each session.
• Maintain confidentiality of health information.
• Complete authorized therapy hours per client.
• Perform other job-related duties as directed.
