Job summary

BK Behavior seeks dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work as part of a compassionate clinical team to implement skill-building plans in clients' homes or community locations, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

Applicants should be willing to learn, be patient and calm under pressure, and possess a High School diploma or equivalent; RBT certification is required before working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Candidates should be willing to make a 6 month commitment to change lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Integrate into the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
