Job summary

ABA Centers in Katy, TX is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BT to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision, track progress, and document data to ensure quality care.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement, including support to pass the RBT exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
