Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR & BLS certification is preferred but can be trained.
• Candidates should obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavioral strategies to support clients' skill development.
• Collect and submit data on client progress.
