Job summary

Succeed ABA - North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide ABA interventions for clients in natural environments. You will collect data, analyze progress, and coordinate with program staff to maintain consistent treatment plans.

The position offers flexible scheduling with weekly pay, health insurance, and incentives. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification or have completed a 40-hour course, possess a valid driver's license, and are passionate about helping

Qualifications

RBT Certification or 40 hour course.
Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required).
Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
