Job summary

Succeed ABA in North Carolina is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in natural environments. The role involves implementing ABA interventions, data collection, and collaborating with program staff to maintain consistency and progress.

Candidates should have an RBT certification (or 40-hour course), a valid driver’s license, and experience working with youth on the spectrum.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or 40 hour course.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
