Job summary

Succeed ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our North Carolina team. The role involves delivering ABA interventions to clients in natural environments and collaborating with supervisors and families to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

RBT certification or 40-hour ABA course.
Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation.
Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
