Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA services to children in-home and in community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule (15–20 hours/week), opportunities for supervision and growth, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in a child’s daily living skills and communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that help children meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans.
