Budding Stars ABA in Upper Marlboro, MD seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism at home. You will implement plans under supervision and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• Prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong observational, data collection, and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home settings.
• Implement plans developed by the supervising BCBA accurately.
• Collect, record, and submit session data and notes using ABA software.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional and respectful relationships with families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA Supervisor and team to ensure client progress.
