Job summary

Budding Stars ABA in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home settings. You will implement plans developed by the supervising BCBA and collect session data with accuracy to support client progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling, strong on-the-job training, and opportunities for growth. A high school diploma and an active BACB RBT certification are required; prior experience with autism is preferred,

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities strongly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong observational, data collection, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home settings.

Physical Requirements:

• Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs. and engage in active play

• Completion of required onboarding, ongoing trainings, and timely certification renewals
• Must own or have access to a personal device (phone, tablet, or laptop) compatible with required software
