Job summary

Budding Stars ABA in Hagerstown, MD seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers flexible scheduling, excellent on-the-job training, and generous compensation ($23–$28 hourly) with opportunities for growth as you collaborate with supervising BCBA and care teams.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification from BACB and be actively registered.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in home settings and follow plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home settings.
• Implement plans developed by the supervising BCBA accurately and consistently.
• Accurately collect, record, and submit session data and notes using designated ABA software systems.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional, compassionate, and respectful relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA Supervisor and team members to ensure client progress.
