Job summary

Budding Stars ABA in Waldorf, MD is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings.

You will implement plans from a supervising BCBA, collect session data, and collaborate with families and the care team to support communication, social, and daily living skills. Flexible scheduling and strong training accompany generous compensation.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and active with BACB.
• Experience working with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work in home-based settings as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
