Job summary

Channel ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children and adolescents in PG County, MD. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing treatment plans and supporting skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

Services occur in homes, schools, and community settings, with paid training, supervision, and career growth opportunities within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• High school diploma (bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
• One year minimum of working with individuals with autism, developmental delays, or behavioral challenges.
• Experience with online data collection programs preferred.
• Efficient written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children and adolescents in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Work one-on-one with clients implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Support assent-based, compassionate ABA therapy that builds communication, social, and daily living skills.
