Qualifications

• Experience as an ABA therapist or with children with disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to undergo background checks and driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism.
• Implement behavioral intervention and treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings and team meetings as needed.
• Enter data and track progress for each pediatric patient daily.
• Maintain professional boundaries and coordinate with BCBA supervision.
