Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking an RBT/BT to provide direct ABA services in home, school, and community settings across Somerset County, NJ. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, develop communication and daily living skills, and document progress for the clinical team.

We offer competitive pay ($25–$35/hour), RBT certification support, flexible schedules, and growth opportunities as you advance toward BCBA supervision and certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Valid driver\u2019s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within four months (for BT) or already an RBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support skill development and independence across everyday environments and routines.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold all ethical and professional standards.
