Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering evidence-based ABA therapy under supervision. You will implement intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA and families to support consistent skill development, safety, and positive engagement.

Qualifications

Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain).
High School Diploma or equivalent; BA in related field a plus.
Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
