Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Enrolled in a Master’s program related to ABA or behavior analysis.
• Experience providing ABA therapy to multiple clients is preferred.
• Strong time management and ability to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervising Behavior Analyst with assessments, treatment planning, behavior support plans, and progress reports.
• Provide mid-level supervision and coaching to Behavior Technicians with overlapping sessions and feedback.
• Support training, onboarding, and professional development of Behavior Technicians; assist with performance reviews.
• Collect, analyze, and review clinical data; update treatment programs to reflect client progress.
• Conduct regular caregiver meetings to review progress, provide parent coaching, and address treatment implementation.
• Ensure services comply with authorizations, funding requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and meet billable hours expectations.
• Substitute for scheduled RBT sessions when other technicians are unavailable.
