Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Behavior Analyst to provide clinical supervision and direct treatment for children with developmental delays and Autism Spectrum Disorders. This role involves working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to apply ABA principles effectively.

Key responsibilities include facilitating behavior programs, conducting assessments, and leading training for new associates. Applicants must hold a master’s degree in a related field and have BCBA certification. The position offers a starting salary of $87,000 a year plus a $7,500 hiring bonus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports.
• Conduct behavior assessments and facilitate behavior programs.
• Manage and evaluate the performance and productivity of associates.

Skills

Expert knowledge of behavioral analytic approaches

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Effective communication skills

Education

Master’s degree in ABA or related field

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Current CPR certification
