Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee ABA programs for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders.

Under direct supervision, you will supervise staff, conduct assessments, educate parents, and coordinate with families and providers to deliver high-quality interventions. The role requires BCBA, Master’s in ABA, CPR, and 2–3 years ASD experience; ESSC offers competitive pay and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA-based programs and conducts assessments.
• Provides parent education and intervention activities.
• Leads staff meetings and training sessions.
• Manages performance and onboarding of associates; coordinates with regional directors.
