Easter Seals Southern California, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee ABA programs for children with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders.

You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to best-practice guidelines, and coordinate parent education and community liaison activities. Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Must possess and maintain a BCBA certification.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• 2–3 years of experience working with children with ASD in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA-based behavior programs and conducts assessments.
• Provides parent education and liaises with families and community partners.
• Oversees ABA program components for caseloads and ensures quality.
• Leads staff meetings and delivers targeted training.
• Assists with recruitment and onboarding of new associates; travels as required.
