Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
• Knowledge of behavioral analytic approaches and methodologies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical supervision and direction to associates.
• Conducts behavior assessments and develops interventions.
• Manages performance and productivity of program associates.

Skills

Expert knowledge of ABA methodologies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Ability to communicate effectively

Education

Master’s degree in ABA or related field

BCBA certification

Current CPR certification
