This role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards. Applicants must hold active state licensure and BCaBA or higher; additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher certification must be maintained.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation (E-Sign, post-hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
