Applicants must hold active California licensure and/or BCaBA certification or higher, with additional state credentials potentially required depending on service location.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• BCaBA certification or higher preferred; other state-specific credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
