Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery while supporting team growth.

Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership to uphold PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Required credentials include active state licensure and BCaBA or higher certification, with possible additional state credentials depending on location.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher certification.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
