Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Programs Manager to oversee high-quality ABA service delivery, coordinate teams, and ensure continuity of care.

The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged. The role includes leading supervision, compliance with licensure and BCaBA certification, and collaboration with regional teams to optimize client outcomes

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and one year supervising ABA services.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
