Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) seeks a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will guide clinical judgment, lead regional coordination, and uphold PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged. Must hold active licensure or BCaBA/hr certification, a relevant bachelor's degree, and at least one year of supervisory ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements or BCaBA or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with ABA coursework; supervisory experience preferred.
• One year supervisory ABA experience (design/oversight of interventions).

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is accurate.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards and ethics.
