Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery. You will ensure continuity of care and support the professional growth of your teams, while upholding PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification as required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, time-off approvals, and staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is complete on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards in clinical practice.
