Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead regional coordination, uphold clinical standards, and manage staffing while ensuring adherence to licensure and BCaBA requirements. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.'s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and one year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
