The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. You will mentor supervisees, coordinate regional teams, manage staffing and documentation, and uphold licensure and certification requirements across programs.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
