Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure or BCaBA/certification as required by state law.
• Experience supervising behavior analysts and teams.
• Ability to manage scheduling and staffing across programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation, including E Sign and compliance forms, is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification requirements.
