Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree and 12 ABA units with supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is accurate.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure/certification requirements.
