Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team development. The role calls for clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, maintaining high performance, managing staffing, and ensuring timely, compliant documentation across all programs.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and one year in a supervisory ABA role overseeing behavior modification services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
