Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, and mentoring supervisees.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements.
• BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree + 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, time off approvals, and staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation (E Sign, post hire, compliance forms) is completed accurately.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards and ethical guidelines.
