PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery across teams. This role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree plus 12 ABA units and one year supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
