Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in California to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery for assigned clients.

You will ensure continuity of care, support team growth, and uphold clinical judgment and professional standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, managing scheduling and staffing, and ensuring timely completion of documentation while maintaining compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• BCaBA certification or higher preferred.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required by service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
