Qualifications

• Ability to oversee program delivery and ensure compliance with standards.
• Experience coordinating multiple regional teams and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire forms, and compliance on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisee professional development.
• Uphold clinical and licensure standards.
