Active state licensure or BCaBA certification is required, with additional state credentials potentially needed based on location. You will lead scheduling, supervision, and cross-regional collaboration to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification or higher preferred.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is accurate and timely.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification.
