Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulations.
• Certification as BCaBA or higher is required.
• Additional state credentials may be needed based on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy and state compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including e-sign, post-hire forms, and compliance is complete.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification.
