You will ensure continuity of care, support professional growth, and uphold clinical and operational standards. Responsibilities include program implementation, coordinating with regional teams, documenting compliance, scheduling, mentoring supervisees, and maintaining licensing/certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• BCaBA or higher certification is preferred.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
