Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification required.
• Experience in program management in behavioral health settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities are essential.
• Knowledge of state regulatory requirements is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is accurate.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistently with licensure and certification requirements.
