PBS Corp. seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee high quality service delivery for assigned clients in California. You will coordinate regional teams, ensure continuity of care, and support professional growth of staff, while upholding PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, and documentation, mentoring supervisees, and maintaining compliance with licensure and policy requirements. This role demands strong clinical judgment and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification (or higher) as required by location.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
• Ability to oversee clinical and operational standards across programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
