Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery for multiple clients in California.

You will ensure continuity of care, support staff growth, and uphold clinical judgment and organizational leadership aligned with PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. The role requires active licensure and BCaBA or higher certification as well as state-specific credentials.

Qualifications

• Active state license required per state regulations.
• BCaBA certification or higher where applicable.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
