Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher as required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required based on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with licensure standards, company policies, and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation such as E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is accurate and timely.
• Mentor supervisees and support their professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards aligned with licensure and certification.
