Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in ABA and 1 year of supervisory ABA experience
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs
• Ensure all documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree (ABA related)

BCaBA certification or higher
