Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in California to oversee high-quality service delivery, coordinate regional teams, and support staff development.

Strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership are essential to uphold PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification are required, with additional credentials possibly needed based on service location.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification.
• Experience overseeing program implementation and service delivery.
• Knowledge of relevant state regulations and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure/certification requirements.
